BGI 300ml Product filling station
Positive displacement fillers with Teflon seals and an externally readable dosing scale. The operator can select the fill volume in ML on the scale and begin running.
Our filler design features a contra-piston inside the air cylinder to minimize the air consumption. The air consumed is in direct proportion to the dose selected for each cycle. This gives a significant saving in SCFM's of compressed air used, as compared to fillers without this feature.
Complete station with all pneumatic logic, an air operated filling nozzle and stainless steel and Teflon contact parts.
