New BGI 300ml Piston Product Filler Stations
Positive displacement product filler design using easily replaceable Teflon seals. The chevron shaped Teflon seals have an externally adjustable gland nut to adjust for wear over time. Capacity is zero to 310 ml (zero to 10 Fluid Ounces)
Our Standard filler design features a contra-piston inside the air cylinder to minimize the air consumption. The air consumed for each cycle is in direct proportion to the dose size selected. This gives a significant saving in compressed air usage, when compared to fillers without this feature.
Complete standard station with all pneumatic logic, mechanical contact can track switch, air operated filling nozzle and standard 304 stainless steel and Teflon contact parts.

Optional non-contact can proximity sensors
Optional capacities for 360 ml capacity (12 fluid ounces) and 500 ml capacity (17 fluid ounces)
