The Boneyard

The Boneyard....

For the creative "geniuses" out there,  we have lots of "stuff" for you to check out.... Make me an offer....

Nalbach Rotary Vacuum Crimp Heads We have four of these in stock. May be convertible to stationary use with some creativity. Get 'em cheap,, I mean economically!!   .

Kartridg Pak single-acting UTC head. Complete from can locator to the head bracket. Buy it for a spare.  A good "take-off" spare All mechanical parts are in good shape, however It will need all seals. "Take-off" Metering cylinders available as well .

Alpha rotary crimper base machines.  I can offer two of these "bones"  machines for those still running the old Alpha rotary bases.  Condition is good, and the price is right.      cam profile is for a crimper or a Through-The-Valve gasser.

Haumiller "Super-Tipper" Actuator Placing Machine  This machine would be an ideal base machine from which to construct a dedicated placing machine for your aerosol line.  Consider it for a tire inflator actuator,  a small overcap or any other semi-custom part that may need to be placed onto aerosol cans.   It would be a straightforward project to "Freshen up" the base machine, then use or  re-tool the sorter to feed your particular parts...  A bit of ingenuity and creativity would give you a very nice machine...

This particular machine is a predecessor for the current 3200/3250 series machines.  It has an off-frame feeder and Changeparts for feeding a "Clair-Mist full finger actuator, as used on various Anti-Perspirants.  Complete machine, Counterclockwise rotation.   The machine was stored outside for several months, but it can be "revived" with a bit of care and attention.

Andora Overcap Placing Machine  designed for 1" stacker caps.  This capper is designed to sort and place 1" diameter whipped cream overcaps.   However, it can easily be converted to run the shorter 1" stacker caps.  Design speed was approximately 40-50 CPM .  It uses a mechanical "pin type" cap sorter.  The sorted caps pass single file down an inclined track to the placement head.  The placement of each cap is done with an air cylinder pressing each cap  through the "bomb bay doors" and onto the valve cup underneath.   Complete as taken from service.

The cap is then pressed down through these twin hinged horizontal doors onto the can by the vertical chuck.

One  80” wide X 238” long 20 lanes of 3 ¼” table top chains going in alternating directions.

One  45” wide X 230” long 11 lanes of 3 ¼” table top chain going in alternating directions

With some mechanical work, these could be an inexpensive way to put some cushion in your line.
