Citrus Machinery Aerosol Can Depalletizer
This is a single high depalletizer for aerosol cans that is
available immediately. It was removed from service in good working
order. The depalletizer includes the pallet lift and infeed track portions,
plus a very nice overhead magnetic conveying segment.
Overhead can conveying option This machine
has two vertical magnetic belt conveyor segments. The first elevating
segment raises the single file stream of cans -exiting the mesh belt- to an elevation
of approximately 12 feet. The cans are then routed on an overhead
conveyor through the plant to a second magnetic "lowerator".
This second segment lowers the cans to the 36" high elevation for the
normal line operation. These vertical; magnetic belt conveyors are very
expensive to buy new. I believe that a person could justify
the purchase of this system, with these segments alone.
It is possible to re-configure the system to lower the
cans to a 36" conveyor height directly from the main feed belt.

At the far end is the vertical magnetic belt "elevator"
that raises the cans above the floor, where they can then pass
overhead through the factory to the aerosol line infeed. |

toward the can mesh belt. It is important to note that this magnetic
belt system does not need changeparts or adjustments between can
sizes. the magnets grasp and center up the cans very nicely |

The cans enter at the top and are transported down toward the floor. the
cans pass through an outside loop and finally side-transfer onto the line
infeed conveyor. |
