Combi Aerosol Case Erecting/Drop Packing and Carton Sealing System
Twelve Case Per Minute Integrated Case Erecting / Packing/Sealing System: This is a very clean used case packing system with very low time in service since its reconditioning. The system is made up from a Combi DP drop packer with integral carton erector for knocked down RSC cartons. It is mated with a flat belt conveyor and a Little David LD-16 top and bottom case closer/taper. It was last used for packing 211/66mm aerosol containers. The system has a rated speed of up to12 cases per minute and contains a case packing grid for 211 diameter cans in a 12 pack carton. It includes a DC motor powered flat belt conveyor to carry the filled cases to a Little David LD-16 case closer and taper.
Additional grid changeparts are available from us. Please advise of any other sizes or pack layouts needed.
The overall system footprint is small and compact. I have sold a number of these machines to my customers in the aerosol trade for speeds up to 120 cans per minute on 12 pack and 60 CPM on 6 packs.
Machine condition is excellent and ready for service. Leasing options are available.
