New Crimp Depth and Diameter Gauges

We offer two different sets of gauges. The two gauge set contains separate depth and diameter gauges. The new two-in-one gauges measure both crimp depth and diameter of a crimped 1" valve at the same time. The gauge has a spring loaded contact points for self centering into position on the valve mounting cup. The accuracy and repeatability of the measured dimensions are outstanding with these contact points. These gauges offer the mechanical gauge face with 0.001" graduations or with digital readout gauge faces with 0.0005" graduations. The mechanical readout faces can be retrofitted with electronic digital indicators for Statistical Process Control functions. The gauge set comes in a protective box. Metric dimensions are offered on both types as a no cost option. The digital gauge set can be linked with a computer for SPC uses, pricing available upon request. |
