Line 1:  Complete Used Aerosol Line Available For Sale

Line 1 runs approx 35,000 cans per day on a 7 3/4 hour production shift. 

Currently running tinplate steel cans, 202/53mm and 211/66 mm cans.  up to 20 ounces.  This is an old aerosol filling line that is operating, in service  and running now.  This line can fill insecticides and other free flowing products and charge the cans "Under-The-Cup" (UTC).  It is for sale as a complete running system, or may be sold as individual machines.   If you have any interest, we urge you to make an inspection of the line as soon as possible.  Contact us for arranging and inspection.

Line 1 consists of the following major components:

Can unscrambler with pallet lift.  Bottom transfer coder with  Linx 4900 ink jet coder- new  in 2006 

Kartridg Pak two-lane indexing straight line, old style Electromatic product filler 

Kartridg Pak 6 head rotary Under-The Cup crimper/gasser machine, single-Acting hydraulic crimper  function,  550cc gassing cylinders, Wheatley pump, heat exchanger

Hot Water Test Bath, two lane magnetic bath with one lane inactive. 9" maximum water depth.

Haumiller Actuator Placer for Female Paint tip, Machine place the Newman-Green/ Seaquist AR/ or Summit paint actuators 

Haumiller actuator placer for Precision Lock-Down fogger actuators

New Way Roll through Aerosol labeling machine with bypass

Kartridg Pak Model 125-2 overcapper system.  Recent Remanufacture by BGI.

Manual case pack out, with Standard Knapp Top and Bottom Hot Melt carton sealer

all necessary conveyor and transfers included.
