Stations include one "BOV Plus" head (with mechanical cup
lift) and two 300 cc
pressurized product filling stations.
The entire system is operated by simple keystrokes made by the operator on a Touch screen panel, seen on the left in the above photo. Ethernet, wireless ethernet, or RS 232 cables allow monitoring of the machine's operation remotely. For instance, our staff can assist with your machine set-up and operation in your plant by monitoring the operation of the entire system by a laptop computer running in our factory. The "BOV Plus" System is available with standard wiring or hazardous location wiring option. |

tester charges each charged and filled can with a dosed volume of
nitrogen, then reads the pressure within the can. The unit offers
operator adjustable high and low pressure limits. All parameters are
selected on the touch screen.
A qualified operator can track each can's test pressure, and download an entire production run's data into a spreadsheet or other files for Quality Assurance needs. We offer a DVD video disk of the machine in operation at 30 CPM - contact us by email or phone. While the majority of customers test the can pressure after product filling, we can also test bag integrity and can pressure prior to filling. 2. BOV Plus filling Line, 50-60 CPM We also offer this same machine in a two-table arrangement for running at 50-60 CPM. If you plan to fill post-foaming gel products, mounting the 4 pressurized product fillers on a second table in a remote gashouse is recommended. see the

3. Continuous Motion Rotary BOV Systems for speeds up to 210 CPM Continuous motion rotary systems are offered for starting your production at one speed, and phasing in more heads as your speed requirements may grow. You can begin with three heads, the expand your capacity to six and then 9 heads with this system. The rotary machine features BOV Plus heads with mechanical cup lift.
