BGI's hand operated lab crimper is designed for use in an aerosol laboratory.  It is a tool capable of making accurate, repeatable crimps for laboratory and pilot plant crimping operations.

The crimper is designed so that the crimp depth and diameter adjustments can be made externally in a few seconds time.  These adjustments can be made independently of each other.  One can change the depth dimension without affecting the diameter dimension, and vice versa.

Collets can be changed quickly for use on either tinplate steel, or aluminum valve mounting cups.  6 and 8 segment collets are available.
