BGI Rotary Motion Filling Stations
Do you need to dose small volumes of
concentrate into an aerosol can on your indexing line?
These
fillers are designed to be installed on an index-motion aerosol line, (or as a
“stand-alone” filler). By selecting the appropriate sized dosing
cylinder, one is able to fill small volumes of liquid concentrate into each can.
The filler is extremely accurate - to within tenths of a gram. We provide
all circuitry and a track switch to link these fillers into your aerosol line.
These fillers have been instlled on our own lines, JG, Terco and Early KP
indexing lines. We provide the interlock circuit connection so that you
would simply connect your exisiting interlock line in series with the air valve
supplied with each filler. All connections are tagged and marked for ease of
installation. A full manual with instructions, trouble shooting,
parts detail, air schematics, etc etc. is provided.
Each dosing cylinder has adjustable Teflon seals.
On-Line Automatic Piston Product Filler
Station.
An Automatic product filler for speeds to 30
CPM:
| Below are two photos
of an “On-Line” filling station with a 130cc dosing cylinder as
well. This station uses the same filling machine described
above. However the filler is integrated into a simple starwheel,
which is used to stop a can passing on a 3 ¼” flat tabletop chain.
That starwheel stops each can in turn, and allows the filler to dose the
product into the can. When the dose is filled, that filled can
is released down the line and the next can in line is stopped beneath the
nozzle. Production speeds to 30 CPM, subject to the selected
dose size. |
