BGI Rotary Index Machines

• * Do you have complete "stations" (fillers/crimpers/chargers) in your factory which could be used to make an automatic machine? * Do you have a hand filling line and need to increase the speed of production? The BGI rotary indexing machines can automate these manual stations. Your automatic filling capabilities can reach speeds of up to 40 containers per minute with our rotary index base machine. The rotary index bases come in two sizes: 24" diameter starwheel with 16 pockets   / 18" diameter starwheel with 12 pockets

• FEATURES

• 1. No tool container diameter changeovers. Click pins and positive location of the container change parts makes size changes a quick process. There is no hand fitting during a changeover. Low change part cost.

• 2. No dead plates or stopped cans - One can will move through the entire system from start to finish.

• 3. Flexibility of design. The design is capable of incorporating any manufacturer's stations and footpad mountings. We provide measurements and control logic information to link to any pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical device to these tables. We have built indexers and fitted them with stations from many different manufacturers.

• 4. Flexibility of layout. One table can provide product filling/crimping in the main plant and as second table located in a gassing enclosure. The machines are linked by flat tabletop conveyor chain, providing great flexibility to configure in small spaces.
