NewAerosol Laboratory Hot Water Test Baths
Single Basket Bath The bath is a free standing single chamber sized to hold a single wire mesh basket. The tank, frame and support legs are all fabricated from stainless steel. The tank is insulated around the outside and has an outer stainless steel jacket as well. A hinged wire mesh cover is fitted to the bath. The bath is 21" long by 18 1/2" wide. Tank depth is 21” The height from the floor to the top of the tank is 36". Four legs with leveling pads are supplie
Operation The containers to be tested are placed within the wire mesh basket, and the basket's cover is closed. The basket with the containers inside it is then lowered into the bath for the duration of testing. The bath's wire mesh cover is then closed and latched for safety. After testing, the basket is removed from the bath, and placed on the drip tray for draining.
Twin basket bath. This option enlarges the bath described above to accept two baskets simultaneously. The bath features a larger heating element as well. Dimensions are 42” long by 18 ½” wide.
