Styberg 12 head Rotary Product Filler for Aerosol cans
This unit includes sets of easy to change can handling change parts for 207.5, 211, and 214 aerosol cans. The Quick change piston dosing cylinders are available in sets of 12 of each of the following sizes:
.3 to 3.0 ml
1.5 to 15 ml
3.0 to 30 ml
6.0 to 60 ml
40.0 to 400 ml
The cylinders are fitted with Quick Connect fittings to attach them to the product source, and individual nozzles to quickly fit to their station.
The dose for each cylinder is adjustable with a thumb screw at the lower attachment point.
The infeed worm is able to be advanced or retarded by way of an exterior adjusting knob to further ease the change over process.
This unit is powered by a 3 hp 3phase motor designed to be regulated by a variable frequency motor drive.
There is an integral conveyor by-pass gate that simply slides into position after the removal of the starwheels. center guide and worm. Conveyor stubs are at the entrance and exit outside of the enclosed area. The surround is equipped with an electrically operated interlock system at front and rear folding access panels.
