This machine will fill any barrier package needing high pressure through-the-valve product filling. Several options follow:
BOV Package: Adding one to four of our new "BOV Plus" gassing/crimping heads (seen below, click to enlarge) to this machine makes this line a very effective BOV charging and filling system. Production speeds will be in the range of 30 CPM for one head up to 120 CPM with four BOV Plus heads fitted. BGI constructs complete aerosol lines with conveyors, turntables, waterbaths and other machine systems. We can offer this machine as a stand-alone unit or as a complete filling line. Please inquire.

Power Container Package: It can also be quickly adapted to fill the Power Container package with simple filling adapter changes.
Exxel Package: This machine was last used for filling the Exxel package. The Exxel package is a PET inner bag surrounded by a elastic rubber sleeve providing the power source.
