Single head machine, expandable to a twin head system.
Sorter escapement connected to insertion head by a 12' long flexible tube, allowing a great deal of latitude in the location of the sorter. |
1" Magnetic Sorter. Rotary automatic sorter for all 1" tinplate valves with dip tubes. The valve escapement head is all air operated. Sorter disk can feed up to 120 valves per minute.
Terco Insertion Head and Valve Seater. Complete post mounted insertion head which will hold a single pre-fed valve in place over the can. When a can is sensed by the track switch, the valve is inserted into the 1" neck opening of the can. A seating station then pushes the valve into the mounting cup.
This machine is in excellent condition. It has seen little service since installed. We estimate that it had seen less than 100,000 cycles since it was manufactured. Includes complete manual with parts detail.
