Elgin 4-Piston Aerosol Product Filler.
This filler design works especially well for heavy, viscous products. This filler is capable of filling paint, grease and other similar products at speeds in the 60 CPM range. The four Dosing cylinders have a 2 3/4" bore and are 14" overall length.
I would also suggest that if you have a "dirty" product that you do not want to run through your main line, buy this filler and separate the "dirty" filling onto this machine.
There is an inlet segment of conveyor, which will accept cans fed in from a turntable. there is also a lug conveyor which transfers each can onto one of the 4 indexing chains. This system is all powered by the index drive through sprockets and chain so that everything stays "in timing". A product level control system is also included.
Includes a ball dropper station that straddles the four lines and drops steel agitator balls into each can.
