We can offer the following aerosol filling lines. These proposed filling lines are based upon available equipment, both rebuilt and new. They are broken down by the approximate annual volume of production which each line is able to produce, based upon a single 8 hour production shift. Please keep in mind that in general, the equipment is expandable in speed and capability by adding additional stations, indexing line and other equipment. A customer can start with a hand filling line filling 10 cans per minute and expand in increments to a line capable of 140 cans per minute.

 

• 1. 1 million units per year - 10 cans per minute.

• b. Crimper, either 1" vacuum, 1" non-vacuum, or bottle valves such as 20mm
• c. Propellant charging system for liquefied or compressed gas propellant charging
• d. Manual hot water test bath with wire mesh baskets

•  2. 3.5 million units per year - 35 cans per minute:
• a. Rotary container feeder
• b. Conveyor system
• c. Rotary Index Product filling and crimping table, 211 can diameter change parts two 10 fl oz (300cc) product fillers , one Vacuum crimper
• d. One rotary index gassing table, with 211 can change parts, provision for up to 4 stations
• e. 0ne 480 cc propellant injector station

Additional gassers or undercup chargers as required

• f. Automatic hot water test bath, single or dual lane with blow off
• g. Hand placement of spray tips and overcaps
• h. Labeling, as required
• i. Top & Bottom case taper, (manual carton erecting, case packing, closure of flaps)
•  3. 6 million units per year - 60 cans per minute
• a. Rotary container feeder
• b. Conveyor system
• c. Rotary Index Product filling and crimping table, 211 can diameter change parts four 10 fl oz product fillers
• One vacuum crimper
• d. One rotary index gassing table, with 211 can change parts, provision for up to 4 stations
• 0ne 480 cc propellant injector station
• Additional gassers/ undercup chargers as required
• e. Automatic hot water test bath, dual lane with blow off
• f. Hand placement of spray tips and overcaps, optional automatic tipper and or capper
