TIPPERS OR ACTUATOR PLACERS
Haumiller Actuator placers are know through the industry as "Tippers" These are the "world standard" for sorting and placing actuator tips onto the top of an aerosol can.
We
typically have the following used Haumiller base machines in stock:

First Generation LASTA machines, often custom tooled for special applications.

Second Generation LASTA machines, for speeds up to 180 cpm

3200 series tipper, for speeds up to 180 per minute

3250 series tipper, for speeds up to 225-250 per minute

3400 series tipper, high speed 12 pocket machine for speeds up to 400 cpm
USED CHANGEPART SETS We carry an inventory of used and rebuilt actuator changepart sets offered at a discount from the cost of new. We suggest that you contact us first to see if we have a used set of button feed changeparts in stock for your next project.
NEW CHANGEPART SETS We also provide new changepart sets for any actuator button you may choose to run, either now or in the future. We frequently fit these new changepart sets onto the base machines rebuilt here in our shop. The purchase price of a changepart set is identical if purchased from Beardsworth Group, Inc or directly from Haumiller.
Every Beardsworth Group rebuilt machine is connected to a test conveyor segment and test run with your product and parts in our shop prior to shipment. You receive a machine capable of being uncrated and placed directly into service.
We
deliver the functional equivalent of new machinery for substantially less cost.
