We can offer 1" valve sorters to meet your needs. We offer them in used, rebuilt or remanufactured condition. the following pictures show a used "twin 36" magnetic sorter, and what we can provide.

Separating Twin sorters:
We normally separate these twin sorters, making two independent, single 36" magnetic sorters. We use a sawzall to cut the underlying angle iron support structure directly in the center - between the two valve hoppers. Once cut, apart, we weld in new angle iron, and add two more legs to each frame. See The Photo below to see the welded framework.. pretty simple... We can provide new valve "pick-offs" to replace the used PMC pick-offs shown in the photos. These "Pick-offs" grasp the sorted valve from the vertical face of the magnetic disk and direct it down the valve track one behind the other..
