Beardsworth Group, Inc. is a dealer for aerosol and liquid filling machinery.

Our goal is to provide aerosol filling lines and individual machines, engineered to the customer's specific application. We offer the ability to mate new machinery and stations with reconditioned pieces, giving our customers the ability to expand or meet their capital budgets. We draw from our inventory of core machines for rebuild, and integrate new components as required to make your system the best possible for the application at hand.

Our staff has many years of experience with aerosol filling and packaging machinery, as well as caps, cans and other aerosol components. This depth of experience allows us to give our customers the best recommendations for a project.

Each reconditioned machine or system is test run and adjusted using your production components. We welcome you to visit our shop to witness an acceptance run for your machinery.  

Spare parts and service are provided through our shop and our replacement parts business.

1. REBUILT MACHINERY: We perform a complete teardown and re-manufacture of either a complete line or a given piece of machinery. We custom tool the machinery to your specifications, containers and components. The core machine is disassembled to it's component parts. The framework is stripped and repainted. All components are checked for fit and wear. New bearings, bushings and wear component are replaced. New air logic, hoses and fittings are installed as needed. All other components are carefully checked for fit during the re-assembly. The machine is test run on your sample parts and components in our shop. During this test run we prefer to have you visit our shop and observe the run and get any training in the operation of your machinery that you may want to have. Depending on the complexity of the system, we offer a serviceman's time for start-up in your shop. We guarantee the equipment to perform as specified in the quotation. Beardsworth Group, Inc. guarantees all rebuilt equipment for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment against defects in workmanship and materials. New components and parts installed on machinery will carry the original manufacturer's warranty where one is provided.

2. IRAN (Inspect and Repair As Necessary) Under this program, we take a machine that was in good serviceable condition and place it back in service by test running in our shop. We troubleshoot all problem areas, and rebuild or replace as necessary. Instead of full disassembly, we selectively replace the troublesome components. We typically do not repaint or change all bearings and bushings except as necessary under an IRAN. This IRAN approach is a less expensive option to take with selected equipment in very good condition as compared to the rebuilding option. Again, the machine is test run in our shop and we welcome your visit to witness the test run. We guarantee the equipment to perform as specified in the quotation. Beardsworth Group, Inc. guarantees all rebuilt equipment for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment against defects in workmanship and materials. New components and parts installed on machinery will carry the original manufacturer's warranty where one is provided.

 3. "AS IS" We sell selected machinery in "as is" condition to people who need parts machines, or have the ability to get these machines back in operation with their own resources.

We Buy Used Packaging Machinery

We are active buyers of used aerosol and packaging machinery. Call us for a quotation on your unwanted machinery and parts. Both complete and incomplete/non-operating machines are actively purchased by BGI. Please keep us in mind when disposing of used equipment Also the unwanted used machinery in the back of your warehouse can be used as a trade-in on the machines or systems you currently need.
